Privacy policyStrikeArc Labs Inc.

This policy explains how we handle your information.

Last updated: October 1, 2026
The short version
  • We collect what you give us, what our site records when you visit, and what you choose to share through StrikeArc Scout.
  • We use it to run the site, prepare for your call, score the library against your business and serve you as a customer.
  • Some advertising and visitor-identification tools on the site may count as selling or sharing personal information under US state privacy laws. You can switch them off on this page, and we honor Global Privacy Control.
  • Information from the systems you connect to StrikeArc Scout never works for anyone else.
  • Connected records are deleted 90 days after the readout unless the prospect becomes a customer; everything held about a company is deleted within 7 days of a request.

01Who we are

StrikeArc Labs Inc. ("StrikeArc", "we", "us") operates the website at strikearc.ai and provides StrikeArc Scout, the StrikeArc PowerPlays Library and related services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it and the choices you have. If you have a question about it, write to info@strikearc.ai.

02What this policy covers

This policy covers information we collect through our website, when you book or attend an intro call, and when you use StrikeArc Scout, the Intake & Diagnostic. When a company becomes a customer, the customer agreement governs the data we process on its behalf, and this policy applies alongside it.

03Information we collect

On the website

When you visit strikearc.ai, our servers and the tools listed in section 05 record standard technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, referring links and the date and time of each visit. Section 09 explains the cookies and similar identifiers those tools use.

Business visitors identified by RB2B

When it is switched on in our tag manager, RB2B tells us which businesses visit the site. When RB2B recognizes a visitor in the United States from its own records, it tells us their name, job title, company, business email and LinkedIn profile. We keep that in our CRM and may use it to contact the visitor about our services. RB2B does not run for a visitor who has opted out as section 08 describes.

When you book an intro call

The calendar on our booking page is run by Cal.com, our scheduling provider, inside the page. When you book, we collect the details you enter there, such as your name, work email, company and a short description of the workflow you want to discuss, along with the time you choose. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence.

Through StrikeArc Scout

If you receive an invitation to StrikeArc Scout, we collect your answers to the intake questionnaire. Your answers are saved as you go, so you can leave and come back to the same link, and when you finish they pass to the system our team uses to prepare your readout. You may also choose to give us read-only access to business systems. When you do, we read the records needed to score the plays in the StrikeArc PowerPlays Library against your business and to prepare your readout. You choose which systems to share, and you can revoke access at any time. The StrikeArc Scout and intake pages run no analytics replay and no advertising tags.

From other sources

We may receive business contact details from people who introduce us, from RB2B as described above, and from public sources such as company websites and professional networks when we prepare for a call.

04How we use information

  • To operate, secure and improve the website.
  • To understand which pages and sources bring visitors, and how the site is used.
  • To measure our advertising, and to show our ads to people who have visited the site.
  • To identify businesses that visit the site, and to contact people there about our services.
  • To schedule and prepare for intro calls, and to follow up afterwards.
  • To run StrikeArc Scout: to score the plays in the library against your business, estimate their expected return and prepare your readout.
  • To provide our services to customers, as the customer agreement sets out.
  • To meet our legal obligations, and to protect our rights and the rights of others.

Your data never works for anyone else. We do not use information from your connected systems to serve any other company.

05How we share information

We share personal information only in these cases:

  • With the tools and service providers in the table below, for the purposes listed there. Service providers may use it only to provide their service to us. The advertising and visitor-identification tools also use it under their own privacy policies, which are linked.
  • With your permission, or at your direction.
  • When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of StrikeArc, our customers or others.
  • As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, under confidentiality obligations and subject to this policy.

The tools behind the site

We update this list whenever we connect a tool to the site or remove one. Tools marked "Through Google Tag Manager" load only when they are switched on in our tag manager, and never on the StrikeArc Scout or intake pages.

Selling and sharing

Some US state privacy laws treat the use of Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel and RB2B as selling personal information or sharing it for targeted advertising, because those tools receive information about your visit and use it for their own advertising or identity services. We do not sell the information you give us directly, such as booking details or StrikeArc Scout answers. You can opt out, as section 08 describes.

06How long we keep information

Connected records are deleted 90 days after the readout unless the prospect becomes a customer; everything held about a company is deleted within 7 days of a request.

We keep booking details, correspondence and the visitor details RB2B gives us for as long as we need them to follow up and to keep accurate business records, then delete or de-identify them. Customer data is kept as the customer agreement sets out. Analytics and advertising tools keep what they collect for the periods their own policies describe.

07How we protect information

We use administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information we hold. Access to a connected system is scoped to what the work requires, and you can revoke it at any time. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for a particular purpose. You can disconnect any system you connected to StrikeArc Scout at any time. To make a request, write to info@strikearc.ai. We respond within the time the law requires, and we may need to verify your identity first. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to know what we collect, to opt out of selling, sharing or targeted advertising, to appeal a decision we make about your request, and to complain to a data protection authority. You can make a request yourself or through someone you authorize.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

You can switch off the analytics and advertising tools in this browser. Doing so stops PostHog and everything loaded through Google Tag Manager, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel and RB2B, from loading on this site, and the choice is kept in a cookie for a year. The booking calendar still works. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, the site treats it as the same choice, and these tools do not load at all. To opt out of a sale or sharing that happens outside this browser, write to info@strikearc.ai.

Checking this browser’s setting.

09Cookies, analytics and advertising

Several tools on the site store information in your browser.

  • The booking calendar. Cal.com’s calendar runs in a frame from cal.com and may set its own cookies, as Cal.com’s privacy policy describes.
  • Site analytics. We use PostHog to see, in aggregate, which pages are read and where visitors leave. PostHog keeps a random identifier in a first-party cookie and in your browser’s local storage, so that visits can be counted without knowing who you are. On the marketing pages, PostHog also records each visit as a replay: the pages viewed, scrolling, clicks and pointer movement, so we can see where the site is unclear. Anything typed into a field is masked in your browser before the recording is sent, and the pages where you answer the StrikeArc Scout or intake questions are never recorded. PostHog keeps a profile of a person only when we connect a visit to someone who has told us who they are, for example by booking a call.
  • Google Tag Manager and the tags it loads. Google Analytics counts visits and their sources. Google Ads, the LinkedIn Insight Tag and the Meta Pixel measure which ads lead to a visit or a booked call and let us show our ads to people who visited, and each sets its own cookies or similar identifiers to do it. RB2B uses its own cookie and your IP address to recognize business visitors.
  • Social networks. Links to our profiles on LinkedIn, X, Instagram and Facebook take you to those networks, whose own privacy policies apply once you are there. The LinkedIn and Meta tags above share activity on our site with those networks for advertising.

None of these tools runs when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, or after you switch them off in section 08, except the booking calendar. If you browse with JavaScript turned off, Google Tag Manager’s fallback frame still loads, because the site cannot read those settings without it. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them, though the booking calendar may not.

10Children

Our website and services are for businesses. They are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11Changes to this policy

We post any change to this policy on this page and update the date at the top. When we connect a tool to the site or remove one, we update the list in section 05 at the same time. If a change is significant, we give notice on the site or by email before it takes effect.
