StrikeArcOSThe engine

One record per engagement. Every number signed by a person.

StrikeArcOS is the engine a StrikeArc engagement runs in. Each engagement is one case file that moves through fixed stages, and it cannot move on without evidence and a named person’s approval. You will see it through StrikeArc Helm. We work in StrikeArc Control Tower.

01Inside the engine

One case file, from the first call to renewal.

An engagement is a single record that moves through fixed stages behind human gates. The engine refuses to move it on without evidence. Agents draft; they never approve.

01

It arrives.

A finished StrikeArc Scout diagnosis or an intro call opens a case file. Every fact in it carries its source.

02

It is judged.

A person scores each opportunity on six dimensions, picks the top plays and signs the dollar math. Nothing is ranked by a model alone.

03

It is sold.

The readout is signed and the offer goes out. Delivery starts when you sign, not before.

04

It is delivered.

The play is installed against acceptance criteria agreed up front, and slippage shows on our side before you feel it.

05

It is watched.

Live plays report their health. When one drifts, the engine drafts the next move, and a person approves it before you see it.

06

It compounds.

What a delivery teaches us about a play goes back into the library, so the next install starts further ahead. Your data stays yours.

Delivery, project management and monitoring for every engagement. Every item in its approvals queue arrives drafted, for a person to approve.

Agents draft everything. They approve nothing.

03Where StrikeArcOS is going

Each part of the work the engine takes on moves us along the arc.

StrikeArc Labs starts as a services company and is building toward services-as-software. StrikeArcOS is the second of the three products that get it there, between StrikeArc Scout and the StrikeArc PowerPlays Library.

Stage 01 · Today

A services company

The engine core is built: the case file, the stage gates and the signed readout. Scoring, delivery tracking and reporting are done by our people, and every number they send you is signed.

Stage 02 · Next

Software-enabled services

StrikeArc Helm opens on your side with the value ledger, and StrikeArc Control Tower carries delivery and monitoring on ours. Scoring moves into the engine, and a person still signs the result.

Stage 03 · The endpoint

Services-as-software

A finished Scout diagnosis arrives with nothing retyped, live plays report their own results, and drift proposes the next move. People set the rules and approve at the gates. The software carries the rest.

04Questions

What buyers ask about StrikeArcOS.

Can we sign in to StrikeArc Helm today?

Not yet. StrikeArc Helm is on our roadmap. Every figure we report to you is signed by a person, whichever view it arrives in.

Do we buy StrikeArcOS?

No. StrikeArcOS is how we run what you buy: the StrikeArc PowerPlays Library subscription, a one-time install or a custom build. It is not sold on its own. The prices are on What We Do.

What can an agent approve?

Nothing. Agents draft everything, and every gate is a named person. The engine will not move an engagement forward without one.

Who can see our data inside StrikeArcOS?

Access is scoped to the job: each play gets the access its work needs, system by system, and you can revoke it. What we learn in your business stays in your business. The details are in the privacy policy.
