These terms govern your use of strikearc.ai (the "site"), which StrikeArc Labs Inc. operates. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

02Who we are

StrikeArc Labs Inc. ("StrikeArc", "we", "us") is an AI operating partner for the mid-market. You can reach us at info@strikearc.ai.

03Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes, including to learn about StrikeArc and to book an intro call. You agree not to:

• interfere with the site, its security or the systems that run it;
• try to gain unauthorized access to any account, system or data;
• copy, scrape or harvest the site's content at scale by automated means;
• use the site to send spam or any unlawful, misleading or harmful content.

04Content on the site

Content on the site is general information about StrikeArc and about AI in business. It is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and reading it does not create a client relationship. Figures marked illustrative are examples. Your numbers come out of your own readout.

05Our services

StrikeArc Scout, the StrikeArc PowerPlays Library subscription, one-time installs and custom work are provided under separate agreements. If one of those agreements conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls. Prices on the site are current when published and may change. The agreement you sign sets the price you pay.

06Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, graphics, the StrikeArc name and the Step mark, belong to StrikeArc Labs Inc. or its licensors. PowerPlay™ is a trademark of StrikeArc Labs Inc. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other use needs our written permission.

07What you send us

When you send us information through the site, you confirm that you have the right to share it. We handle personal information as our privacy policy describes.

08Third-party links and services

The site may link to or embed services that others run, such as our scheduling provider, and it uses the analytics and advertising tools listed in our privacy policy. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them.

09Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, StrikeArc Labs Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StrikeArc Labs Inc. from any claim arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
